I've had trouble with major fatigue and dizziness since I was 12, and when I turned 17, things took a turn for the worse. I started having episodes of Catatonia, known as PNES (Psychogenic Non-Epileptic Seizures). I was also diagnosed with FND (Functional Neurological Disorder), which rendered me useless and mostly bed-bound for months. I was having 2-3 seizures a day, taking all of my energy and throwing it in the gutter. I couldn't drive, I had to start doing nail school from home, and my anxiety, depression, and trichotillomania became 10x worse.

Most mornings I wake up sick, unable to walk, and exhausted, no matter how much I sleep; but on the days where I don't absolutely feel like dying, I get up, I pray, and I do nails. I have hope that my FND and PNES will regress in time, but I can't let my life stop until it happens.

I know that there are so many women out there who barely have the energy to get up in the morning, let alone go to a salon to get their nails done. I want to help other ladies like me feel beautiful, even on the days they can barely get out of bed.
